Airisu has always been about restraint.
Candles made slowly in Sydney, inspired by memories of Japan.
No excess. No rush. Just scent, vessel, and the quiet moment between lighting the wick and letting the room change around you.
That philosophy doesn’t shift when the product does.
Airisu is extending its range to include reed diffusers: the same carefully composed scents, now carried through
Japanese ceramic vases rather than wax.
The vessel matters as much as the scent.
These aren’t generic glass bottles with a branded label. Each vase is chosen for the same reason the candle vessels are:
form, texture, and the feeling of something made with intention.
The diffuser range carries forward the same scents Airisu is known for, the ones that started as candle fragrances and found their way into people’s rituals.
Now they have a second life in a form that doesn’t need a flame.
A new website is also on the way: a space that reflects where Airisu is heading, not just where it started.
More on that soon.
Airisu is part of the Common Store Co portfolio. Slow-made in Sydney, inspired by Japan.
